New & Returning Families: How to Log In or Apply

St. Augustine High School is currently accepting applications for the 2025–2026 school year.
Applications for the 2026–2027 school year will open on September 1, 2025. 

To access the admissions portal, you will need to create an account (new families) or log in (returning families). 

For New Families (first time using our portal): 

1.Click on Create an Account.

2.Enter the following information:

  • Parent/Guardian Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

 3.After you submit this information, you will receive an email with a link. 

 4.Open the email and click the link to verify your email address. 

 5.You will then create a username and a password. 

 6.Once complete, your login credentials are ready, and you can begin your application.

For Returning Families (already have an account):

Click Log In and enter your username and password to access your existing application.

Admission Process

Upcoming Deadlines

St. Augustine Catholic High School encourages families to begin the application process early.

Early Admissions: September 1st, application fee waived.

  • First Round of Interviews: November 7th & 8th
  • Second Round of Interviews: January 9th & 10th

Regular Admission: January 5th, 2026, application fee $62*

Admissions will close in Summer 2026.

*Fee waivers available, contact the admissions office to request a fee waiver application. 

Required Admission Documents

Recommendations: Name and email address, once you submit the application, it automatically sends them an email requesting them to complete an online recommendation.

  • One teacher (English or Math)
  • One administrator (Principal, assistant/vice principal, or guidance counselor) 
     

Records Request: Name and email address, once you submit the application, it automatically sends them an email requesting them to complete an online recommendation.

  • Transcripts, input the registrar or record keeper information
  • Standardize testing data, input the registrar or record keeper information
     

Accommodation Plan: if applicable, you will need to submit your student's most recent accommodation plan. 

Additional Forms for Private and Public School applicants: The applicant's school must submit these documents. 

  • If you are a public school applicant, submit a Public School Verification Form. You can download a fillable form for the school here.
  • If you are a private or parochial applicant, submit a Previous Award Verification Form. You can download a fillable form for the school here.
